Program
Saturday : Enhance your creativity and express !
10.00 : Opening Circle
We take a moment for each Woman to present herself. We will propose a group dymanic to recognise our qualities, what we can be proud of and speak good words about one another. Celebration start streight from the beginning !
11.00 : Yoga
Practice yoga to awaken your senses, stretch your body and find your inner center in the tranquility of the morning.
12.30 : Body Painting
Explore your creativity through body painting, drawing the shapes and designs that inspire you. An opportunity to beautify each other and reinforce our sense of beauty and strength. It's a chance to honor our bodies and celebrate their diversity and power. It prepares the energy for the rest of the day ! Accompanied by music.
15.00 : Djembe Session
Immerse yourself in the dynamic rhythm and magic of African music with a beginner's djembe class, where you'll learn to play and feel the power of percussion.
16.30 : Afro Dance
Let's continue to express and feel alive, going into the flow of Afro Dance. A moment to enjoy, feel free, let go of inhibition ! Dancing & encouraging one antother.
20.00 : Evening Circle
End the day by sharing your experiences, thoughts and emotions in a warm and supportive discussion circle, illuminated by the flames of the fire. If you play some music or sing, bring everything with you.
Note :
- Catering is available on site for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- You can also take your own food and something to share with others.
- Possibility to sleep on site (15€)
Sunday : Keep Shining !
10.00 : Morning Circle
We're sharing a moment this Sunday morning to recognise our needs and desires, and to honour them in our daily live.
11.00 : Yoga
Practice yoga to awaken your senses, stretch your body and find your inner center in the tranquility of the morning.
12.30 : Creative Painting & Art
This time we paint on Canva in a creative way. Different tools, paint and natural element will be there for you. You are free to express and create a representation of yourself or somebody else, or an emotion.
15.00 : Djembe Session
Immerse yourself in the dynamic rhythm and magic of Drums with a beginner's djembe class, where you'll learn to play and feel the power of percussion.
16.30 : 5 Rhythms Dance
Let yourself be carried away by the free and expressive dance of the 5 Rhythms, exploring different states of movement and awareness. A moment to enter your inner world, let go of the mind and let the body express itself.
18.00 : Closing Circle
For this weekend, choose and take something precious to you to offer to another woman. We'll do this "Give Away" tradition during this closing circle, sealing the bonds created during these precious days together. There will be a book to write down your impressions before you leave, if you wish.

SLEEP ON SITE (camping) : 15€ / Night (possibility to come one day before and stay one more night)
